The Opportunity
We’re looking for a senior Full-Stack Engineer to own the architecture, design, and development of our AI platform.
You’ll work directly with the founders to build real-time voice systems, data-driven scoring pipelines, and ATS integrations that redefine how recruiters work.
This is a ground-floor role with massive ownership. You’ll shape both product and tech direction.
What You’ll Build
- AI Interview Engine : Develop real-time AI interviews with FastAPI and WebSocket streaming.
- Candidate Scoring Logic : Design algorithms to transform voice conversations into structured performance scores.
- ATS Integrations : Build secure, scalable two-way syncs with ATS / CRM platforms.
- Recruiter Dashboard : Develop modern React / Next.js dashboards for analytics, workflows, and reports.
- Agentic Automation : Create tools for recruiters to customize AI workflows, scoring logic, and voice personalities.
- Cloud Infrastructure : Deploy and scale globally on Azure (Functions, AKS, Cosmos DB) with monitoring and CI / CD.

4–7 years in full-stack engineering (Python / FastAPI, React / Next.js, Node.js).Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud and real-time API architectures.Product-minded engineer.
