We are hiring a Product Manager with strong CRM / SaaS experience, solid understanding of APIs & integrations, and a growing interest in AI-driven automation. You will own the CRM roadmap, drive technical product decisions, and partner with engineering / design to ship a simple, scalable CRM experience.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Discovery
- Own the CRM vision, roadmap, and MVP scope.
- Identify workflow gaps, user pain points, and integration needs.
- Define user personas : sales teams, managers, admins.
- Translate business workflows into clear, structured product requirements.
CRM Core Feature Execution
Prioritize and own modules like Leads, Deals, Pipelines, Activities, and Configurations.Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and configuration-driven workflows.Drive UX for sales workflows, automation, and customizations.AI & Automation Opportunities
Identify practical AI use cases (lead scoring, recommendations, enrichment, deduplication).Work with engineering / data teams to scope AI MVPs.Ensure AI features are simple, explainable, and value-driven.Metrics & Validation
Define adoption, usage, reliability, and integration health metrics.Track workflow efficiency and automation impact.Make data-informed decisions for iteration and roadmap planning.Required Experience
4+ years of Product Management experience in SaaS.Hands-on experience with CRM or workflow-driven systems.Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and backend systems.Ability to work closely with engineering on technical decisions.Experience defining and launching MVPs end-to-end.Strong analytical mindset and structured problem-solving.Interest in AI-driven CRM enhancements.Must Have
Experience with CRM, ERP, or internal business platforms.Exposure to AI / ML features in SaaS products.Startup / early-stage product experience.
