Job descriptionMinimum 15 years of professional experience in Building Projects. Extensive experience in handling EPC / Item Rate / BOT / Turnkey contracts. Strong background in planning, execution, and supervision of large multi-storeyed buildings. Minimum 5 years of experience working as a Team Leader / Resident Engineer / Project Manager or in a similar senior capacity in building projects. Experience in multi-storeyed buildings with 4 or more floors. Experience in Construction Supervision / Independent Engineer (IE) roles for building projects meeting any one of the following thresholds : Building project of minimum 10,000 sqm with 4 or more storeys, OR Building project of minimum 5,000 sqm with 3 or more storeys, OR Building project of value ₹50 crore or above. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent understanding of building codes, engineering standards, and construction practices. Effective communication, stakeholder coordination, and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in project management tools and engineering software.
