We are seeking a skilled Junior Accountant to support our finance and accounting operations.

About the Role

The Junior Accountant will assist in daily accounting tasks and ensure compliance with financial and regulatory standards. This role requires proficiency in accounting software and an understanding of payroll processes, taxation, and export documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate accounting records and reconcile financial transactions using Tally.
  • Handle Goods and Services Tax (GST) compliance.
  • Prepare and manage export documentation for shipments and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Deduct and process Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) payments as per statutory guidelines.
  • Manage various accounting tasks using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for data entry and reporting.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Educational Background : Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, B.com, Finance, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills : Proficiency in Tally and MS Office (especially Excel).
  • Knowledge of Compliance : Familiarity with GST, TDS, and payroll statutory compliance, including EPF and ESI.
  • Experience in Export Documentation is a plus.
  • Import and Export knowledge.
