Job Title : International Business Development Executive
Role Summary :
The International Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying, developing, and managing global business opportunities for specialty, industrial, and commodity chemicals. This role requires strong knowle dge of international trade, lead generation, export sales processes, and effective communication with overseas clients.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Identify and develop new international markets and customer segments.
2. Generate and qualify leads through international trade portals and data mining.
3. Communicate and negotiate with clients via email, phone, and virtual meetings.
4. Manage complete export sales cycle including quotations, order closure, and documentation.
5. Coordinate with internal teams (procurement, logistics, finance) for smooth transactions.
6. Conduct market research, monitor trends, and analyze competitor pricing.
7. Maintain CRM records and prepare business performance reports.
8. Represent the company at international trade shows and industry events.
Key Deliverables :
1. Penetrate new countries and customer segments.
2. Generate qualified leads and convert them into profitable orders.
3. Build and sustain long-term client relationships.
4. Meet monthly and annual export sales targets.
5. Ensure accurate and timely export documentation.
