We are seeking a skilled Web Developer with 2+ years of experience and a solid foundation in modern web technologies. The ideal candidate should also possess exposure to AI / ML concepts and tools, aligning with our enterprise directive that all engineering roles incorporate AI capabilities

Primary Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain web applications using React.js and Node.JS
• Build modular, reusable ReactJS components and front-end libraries
• Implement popular workflows such as Redux or Flux in ReactJS applications
• Backend development using Node, Go, Rust, Java, or Python
• Design and develop database schemas and queries for SQL and NoSQL databases
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends
• Integrate AI / ML capabilities into web applications where applicable, such as using Copilot Studio agents for automation, job monitoring, or intelligent dashboards
