Role Overview

We are looking for a

Marketing Associate

to lead our

growth, content, and SEO / SEM strategy .You will play a key role in building our

digital presence , driving

qualified leads , and managing a

distributed team of content creators

across markets. This role is perfect for a data-driven, creative marketer who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and wants to scale an impact-driven digital health brand.

Key Responsibilities

Own and execute

SEO and SEM campaigns

to improve visibility, inbound traffic, and lead generation.

Build and manage a

content strategy

that drives awareness and conversion — across blogs, landing pages, email campaigns, and social media.

Lead and mentor a

global team of content creators, writers, and designers .

Implement and optimize

marketing automation workflows

for lead nurturing and CRM integrations.

Collaborate with the sales and product teams to align messaging, campaigns, and growth goals.

Track and report performance metrics — traffic, conversion rates, and ROI — using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, HubSpot, etc.).

Identify growth opportunities through data insights, A / B testing, and market research.

Preferred Skills

3–6 years of experience in

digital marketing

or

growth marketing

roles.

Strong command over

SEO / SEM , keyword research, and Google Ads.

Experience with

content marketing , storytelling, and brand positioning.

Familiarity with

marketing automation platforms

(e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Mailchimp, Webflow, Notion).

Experience managing

cross-functional creative teams

or freelancers.

Bonus : Prior experience in

healthcare, wellness, or SaaS startups .
