Urgent Requirement for the position of
Responsible for implementing and supporting SAP SuccessFactors HCM solutions, ensuring smooth end-to-end delivery. Key responsibilities include system
configuration, integration with HR and payroll systems, and maintaining technical excellence. As a Lead Technical Engineer, you coach and mentor team
members, guiding them on best practices and fostering technical growth across the team.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develops software solutions based on SAP SuccessFactors by studying information needs,
conferring with users, studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes, investigating
problem areas, following the software development lifecycle.
Design and configure SAP SF modules including Employee Central, Recruiting, RecruitmentMarketing, Onboarding & Performance and Goals etc.
Adheres to Pandora best practices, engineering standards and configuration conventionsLead the technical implementation of SAP SuccessFactors HCM across HR and Retailbusiness units, ensuring alignment with operational and compliance requirements.
Handles all phases of implementation—design, configuration, testing, deployment, andsupport. Also reviews custom extensions, optimizes performance, and works with crossfunctional
teams to deliver secure and scalable solutions.
Oversee data migration activities, including mapping, cleansing, validation, andtransformation.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring system stability and performance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, IT, Finance, and Operations to gatherrequirements and deliver solutions.
Ensure security and compliance with data protection regulations and labor laws.Support testing cycles, including unit, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT).Provide technical documentation, training, and post-go-live support.Strategic Thinking : Align technical solutions with business objectives.Ownership & Accountability : Drive end-to-end delivery and ensure qualityoutcomes.

Bachelors Degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent disciplines.5+ years of experience in HCM system implementation, with at least 2 yearsfocused on SAP SuccessFactors.
Strong technical knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors architecture, APIs, andintegration frameworks.
Experience in retail environments with complex scheduling and workforceneeds.
Proficiency in SQL, XML, and scripting for data manipulation andintegration.
Familiarity with middleware platforms and ETL tools.Understanding of payroll processing, labor compliance, and time tracking inretail.
