Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as an Assistant Pre-primary Teacher located in K Narayanapura, Bengaluru (Landmark : Near Kristu Jayanti University). The Assistant Preprimary Teacher will support lead teachers in implementing age-appropriate lesson plans and activities, fostering a welcoming and engaging classroom environment. Responsibilities include assisting with curriculum delivery, ensuring the well-being of children, maintaining a safe and clean learning space, and communicating effectively with parents and staff. Collaborating with team members to meet the developmental and educational needs of children is a core part of the role.

Qualifications

• Freshers are encouraged to apply
• Strong skills in Communication and the ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
• Background in Education or early childhood teaching is added advantage
• Patience, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for working with young children
• Ability to collaborate within a team-oriented environment
• Basic understanding of child safety and ability to maintain a safe learning space
