Role Description
- This position is within Operational Risk Management (ORM) a 2nd line of defence (LOD) and a part of the Chief Risk Officer (CRO) function of the Bank. Operational Risk Management (ORM) manages the Bank's Operational risks and Reputational Risk. The ORM Framework Team defines the Framework to appropriately identify, assess, mitigate, monitor, report and escalate Operational risks. The OR Framework defines the consistent management of risk across 90 risk types.
- Findings Management is the process of risk identification, assessment, control and remediation across Deutsche Bank (DB). This is facilitated by the Operational Risk Type Taxonomy (ORTT) and DB Control (dbGRC).
- The role is responsible for supporting the Findings Management, by designing, developing and implementing system-based solutions to support these activities and the successful candidate will be expected to work closely with global ORM colleagues.

Design of adherence metrics, if required like (Risk Type not yet agreed & Control Unknown) followed by publication and prompt resolution of queries raised by 1st LoD of 2nd LoD stakeholders.Policy and Procedure governance for Findings Management includes aligning the documents with the requirement of Policy / PGG team; followed by assisting in socialization and publication.Drive update of training decks, guidance documents, Self-Identified Issues, Risk Acceptance Templates for Findings Management ensuring alignment with GFMS as well as policy requirements.Actively participate in CTB activities like designing and implementing new RAG adherence metrics. E.g., RTNYA, Control Failure Unknown, assist FMP author with required data analysis for various forums.Represent the ORM Framework design teams in various tooling forums, including GFMS Working Groups and the Business Requirements Forum (BRF). This involves actively engaging with stakeholders to understand and address their requirements for new features in GFMS and Tableau. Responsibilities include presenting proposed features within relevant forums, liaising with technical teams, conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and supporting go-live activities.Designing and developing system workflows, and Tableau reports for Findings management; includes liaising with system development team, creating business requirements, scenarios & User Acceptance testing, providing sign offs & query management post GFMS release (e.g., Risk Acceptance, Control Integration).Ensure that all GFMS related templates are always up-to date in line with subsequent GFMS releases and no major production bugs are identified. Required co-ordination with CRO DCO and GFMS tech team for technical changes are completed in time.Ensure Tableau dashboards are accurate and user-friendly.Preparation of deck and minutes of "Risk Type Tagging Resolution Oversight Forum (RTTOF)"Perform comprehensive maintenance of intranet pages to align with recent developments in the world of Findings Management.Actively learn, contribute to, and support the design activities for diverse ORM framework components (e.g., Scenarios Control Framework). Simultaneously, fulfill all responsibilities associated with the Control Designer Owner role within the Control Framework.Your skills and experience
