Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site teaching role located in Karad (Satara, Maharashtra) for a Chemistry teacher at Brilliant Academy Jr. College of Science. The teacher will be responsible for instructing students from 11th and 12th grade, as well as preparing students for JEE / NEET / Foundation exams. Daily responsibilities include lesson planning, delivering engaging and comprehensive chemistry lectures, conducting periodic assessments, and providing academic guidance to support students in achieving their educational goals. Collaboration with the academic team to continually improve the teaching curriculum is an essential aspect of the role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Chemistry Education and a strong understanding of Physics fundamentals
• Experience or aptitude in Lesson Planning and designing structured learning modules
• Effective Communication and interpersonal skills for building strong student-teacher relationships
• Demonstrated Teaching skills and a passion for mentoring students
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry or related sciences

Location : Taluka Karad, District Satara, Maharashtra

Salary : 35K per Month and Lodging.
