Job Description :

We are looking for a proactive and skilled Desktop Support Engineer with 2 years of hands-on experience to join our IT support team in Vijayawada. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of desktop systems, troubleshooting techniques, and familiarity with enterprise tools, especially in the Outlook and Office 365 ecosystem .

Key Responsibilities :

• Handle day-to-day user support issues and service requests via a ticketing system .
• Perform installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Microsoft Outlook .
• Provide support for Office 365 (O365) related issues.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues across desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
• Install, configure, and support Windows OS and general desktop applications.
• Manage basic network troubleshooting and escalate as necessary.
• Maintain documentation for support processes and user guides.
