Quantity Surveyor

Job Overview :

Responsible for drawings measurement, quantities calculation and control of all disciplines ,which will serve projects and on going proposal for cost forecast.

Roles and Responsibilities

Preparing technical documentation required for the submission of proposals.

Measurement and estimation of all discipline quantities for consultation with subcontractors.

Measurements of the IFC drawings of the project to provide executed quantities.

Carrying out the consolidation of measurements from different subcontractors.

Supporting the Cost Control and Quantity Surveying leader in projects.

Supporting the Subcontract Administration Team in projects.

Supporting the elaboration of applicable corporate documentation.

Collaborating with colleagues in the professional development of the group.

Skills required for Autocad, MS Office.

Required for minimum 2 to 5 Years of experience.

Position can be based at both Chennai or Bangalore.
