Campaign Executive

Job Role : We are looking for a dynamic and organized Campaign Executive to join our Campaigns team. You will play a key role in planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns across various platforms to achieve our business objectives. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for marketing, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

What you'd Do?

Campaign Planning & Execution :

Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across channels (e.G., SMS, WhatsApp, RCS, IVR, Email).

Work with internal teams to ensure campaign assets (e.G., contents, data, visuals) are ready for distribution.

Coordinate campaign schedules and deadlines to ensure timely execution.

Monitoring & Reporting :

Track and analyze the performance of campaigns using analytics tools.

Generate regular reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.

Monitor key metrics such as engagement, conversion rates, traffic, and ROI.

Collaboration :

Work closely with customer success, and sales teams to align campaign goals with business objectives.

Support the development of targeted campaign strategies, ensuring they resonate with the target audience.

Market Research :

Conduct research to identify market trends and audience insights, which can help refine campaign strategies.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and competitive activities.

Customer Engagement :

Assist in the development of messaging strategies to engage customers and increase brand loyalty.

Respond to customer inquiries or feedback related to campaigns on ticketing tool or other platforms.

What You'd Have?

A bachelors degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field (preferred).

0-2 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or campaign management.

Experience with digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, etc.) is a plus.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Basic knowledge of performance and content marketing.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Creative thinking and ability to adapt to changing market conditions.

Team player with the ability to work independently when necessary.

Strong analytical mindset and data-driven approach
