We’re searching for a Funnel Optimization Manager who can see the full customer journey — from first ad view to final purchase — and remove friction at every step.
You’ll operate where data, psychology, and design intersect, building smooth, conversion-optimized experiences that turn traffic into revenue.
Your Mission
- Map and optimize every stage of the marketing funnel for maximum efficiency.
- Run A / B and multivariate tests to identify bottlenecks and breakthroughs.
- Work with CRO, analytics, and creative teams to drive continuous improvement.
- Analyze performance metrics (CPC, CVR, CPA, LTV) and act on insights.
- Build frameworks for scaling high-performing funnels across multiple regions.
- Present data-backed recommendations to leadership.
You’ll act as the architect of our entire conversion system — not just improving results, but redesigning how growth flows .
Requirements
4+ years in growth, CRO, or funnel optimization.Proficiency in analytics, UX, and performance testing.Experience with GA4, Hotjar, and conversion tracking tools.Strong analytical mindset and fast execution.Proven track record of improving conversion rates at scale.Compensation
