We are seeking a skilled and experienced

HighJump WMS Support Analyst to join our team. The primary responsibility of the support analyst will be to provide technical assistance and maintenance support for HighJump WMS solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical aptitude excellent communication skills and experience in supply chain management or logistics.

Provide technical support to end-users for HighJump WMS modules and features Identify and troubleshoot technical issues related to HighJump WMS work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and provide solutions to meet their needs

Develop and conduct training programs for end-users Maintain and update documentation related to HighJump WMS processes procedures and configurations collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of HighJump WMS with other systems

Desired skills

Strong technical knowledge with database design architecture. Ability to design and implement tables views procedures constraints and relationships Solve complex issues using methodical troubleshooting based on expert knowledge of Oracle EBS applications functionality and technology.

Assist with testing and deployment of new software releases and updates Stay up to date with the latest developments and trends in HighJump WMS technology
