Note : Must be comfortable with frequent visits to local mandis, including Azadpur Mandi and others across NCR.

What You'll Do : As our Procurement Lead, you'll ensure our kitchens always have the right ingredients — fresh, high-quality, and on time. You'll own vendor relationships, drive cost efficiency, and build a supply chain that aligns with our food philosophy.

Your Key Responsibilities :

• Source and manage fruits, vegetables, proteins, dairy, and pantry items
• Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, vendors, and suppliers
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery schedules
• Ensure consistent quality and food safety standards
• Onboard, evaluate, and manage new suppliers
• Reduce risk by maintaining multiple sourcing options for key ingredients
• Support menu innovations with timely procurement of new ingredients
• Maintain accurate records, pricing, and inventory data
• Collaborate with kitchen and brand teams to ensure smooth daily operations
• Track procurement metrics (COGS, substitutions, wastage, etc.) and report regularly.
