KATBOTZ LLC – Hiring SAP RTR Tax Consultants (LATAM & Brazil)Position Type : ContractLocation : Remote (LATAM / Brazil)Experience : 10+ YearsKATBOTZ LLC is looking for experienced SAP RTR Tax Consultants specializing in LATAM and Brazil to join our global finance transformation team. These roles focus on optimizing Record to Report (RTR) tax processes, ensuring regulatory compliance, and leading SAP tax automation and localization initiatives across complex LATAM tax environments.Position 1 : SAP RTR Tax Consultant – LATAMOverview : As an SAP RTR Tax Consultant – LATAM, you’ll manage and enhance tax processes across multiple Latin American countries. You’ll lead SAP configuration, localization, and compliance for regions such as Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, Chile, and Peru.Key Responsibilities : - Manage end-to-end RTR tax processes – tax determination, calculation, reporting, and reconciliations.- Configure and implement SAP tax localization for multiple LATAM countries (e.g., SPED, CFDI, AFIP, DIOT).- Support electronic invoicing and statutory reporting (VAT / IVA, withholding tax).- Collaborate with finance, accounting, IT, and tax teams to streamline LATAM operations.- Ensure compliance with evolving LATAM tax regulations and e-invoicing mandates.- Conduct user training and provide process documentation.Qualifications : - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation.- 10+ years’ experience in SAP RTR and tax across multiple LATAM jurisdictions.- Deep understanding of LATAM VAT / IVA, withholding taxes, and statutory compliance.- Strong SAP FI, CO, and tax configuration experience.- Fluency in Spanish and / or Portuguese (mandatory); English preferred.Preferred : - Advanced degree (MBA, CPA, Master’s in Taxation).- Experience with SAP S / 4HANA, LATAM tax engines, and e-invoicing solutions.- Excellent analytical, communication, and cross-cultural collaboration skills.Position 2 : SAP RTR Tax Consultant – BrazilOverview : As an SAP RTR Tax Consultant – Brazil, you’ll focus on Brazil-specific tax processes and localization, ensuring compliance with complex tax regulations, electronic documentation, and statutory reporting using SAP.Key Responsibilities : - Manage full-cycle RTR tax processes – provisioning, reconciliations, and reporting.- Configure and maintain SAP Brazil localization for ICMS, IPI, ISS, PIS / COFINS, IRPJ, and CSLL.- Implement and support NF-e, CT-e, NFS-e, and SPED (Fiscal & Contábil) compliance.- Ensure timely submission of reports (EFD-Contribuições, DCTF, ECD, ECF).- Support month-end / year-end closing and reconciliation activities.- Work with tax authorities, auditors, and advisors to resolve compliance issues.- Stay updated with Brazilian tax legislation and maintain SAP configuration changes.Qualifications : - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation.- 10+ years of experience in SAP RTR and Brazilian tax environments.- Strong understanding of Brazilian tax laws, including ICMS, IPI, ISS, PIS / COFINS, IRPJ, and CSLL.- Hands-on experience with SAP SPED, electronic invoicing, and localization features.- Fluency in Portuguese (mandatory); English preferred.Preferred : - Advanced degree (MBA, CRC, CPA) or equivalent local certification.- Knowledge of SAP Legal Content for Brazil, TDF, and GRC tools.- Experience with S / 4HANA migrations and tax process automation.Benefits : - Competitive compensation package- Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.- Flexible working conditions, including remote work options.- Dynamic and supportive work environment.Equal Employment Opportunity : KATBOTZ LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
