Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager / Assistant Branch Manager and Field Sales at Reliance Nippon Life Insurance, located in Motipur. The individual will be responsible for overseeing branch operations, managing sales teams, developing sales strategies, achieving sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks will include leading and motivating sales staff, conducting sales meetings, analyzing market trends, and maintaining compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, field sales, and sales management
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Ability to develop and implement sales strategies
• Knowledge of insurance products and regulatory requirements
• Proficiency in market analysis and performance tracking
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Previous experience in the insurance industry is a plus
