Java Architect :

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and manage 2–3 agile PODs, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and understand business requirements.

Design scalable and secure end-to-end architecture for payment systems, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards.

Guide technical teams in implementing best practices for software development, integration, and deployment.

Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and knowledge sharing across teams.

Will be single POC acting as a development manager for 3 scrum teams

Should have good communication skills to articulate technical and business concepts from leadership to engineers on the ground.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Proven experience in leading multiple agile teams or PODs.

Strong background in

payment systems architecture and implementation .

Expertise in designing scalable, secure, and high-availability systems.

Proficiency in modern software development practices and tools (e.g., CI / CD,

GEN-AI, Git ,cloud

platforms).

Excellent communication and

stakeholder management

skills.

Ability to mentor and upskill team members in emerging technologies.
