Technical Skills :

• Experience to prosecute trademark applications (including post registration prosecution such as assignments etc.) and oppositions single handedly.
• Managing Trademark Portfolio of clients; docketing and routine follow ups with clients.
• Experience of undertaking Trademark searches and providing opinion to clients.
• Experience of providing opinion on contentious / dispute matters involving trademarks.
• Experience of attending official hearings in Registry for both Trademark application and opposition proceedings.
• Experience of following up with Trademarks Registries for disposal of requests filed in both pre-registration and post registration stages.
• Experience in providing opinion to strategize Trademark portfolio of clients.
• Experience in providing opinion on non-contentious Trademark issues
