Job Summary :
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant cum Admin Executive to manage day-to-day financial tasks along with general office administration. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in accounting principles, proficient in Tally, and capable of handling routine admin duties independently.
Key Responsibilities : Accounting Duties :
- Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and journals.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
- Manage petty cash and daily expense reporting.
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
- Assist in preparing monthly and annual financial reports.
- Handle TDS, GST, and other statutory compliance filings.
Administrative Duties :
Manage office supplies, vendors, and utility bills.Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies.Handle basic correspondence.Organize and maintain office files and records.Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.2+ years of experience in a similar role.Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and basic admin tools.Knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.Minimum 1 year of experience handling accounting specifically for the hotel industry (mandatory).Strong verbal and written communication skills.Job Type : Full-time
