Job Description : REQUIRED SKILLS

Scrum Master – Senior Associate Experience : 8–10 years, with 3–4 years directly managing scrum teams

• Certification : Certified Scrum Master and / or SAFe Agilist required
• Role Expectations :

o Strong reporting capabilities at the management level

o Proven ability to plan and execute successful scrum events

o Must be proactive in escalating risks and clearly communicating blockers
