Position Overview

As a Health Coach at oladoc fit, you’ll work directly with clients to help them achieve their health goals whether it’s weight management, fitness improvement, or adopting a healthier lifestyle. You’ll use evidence-based coaching techniques, personalized guidance, and consistent motivation to create meaningful results.

This is a remote role, but you’ll collaborate closely with our nutritionists, trainers, and product team across different countries.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions (video or chat) with clients to set and track health goals.
• Develop personalized wellness, nutrition, and fitness plans based on client needs.
• Monitor client progress and provide consistent motivation, feedback, and accountability.
• Educate clients on healthy habits, stress management, sleep, and mindfulness.
• Collaborate with the content, fitness, and product teams to enhance user experience.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and progress reports.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in nutrition, behavioral change, and fitness.
