The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for HR management and operations, handling employee relations, and developing and implementing HR policies. Day-to-day tasks include managing HR activities, ensuring compliance with regulations, addressing employee concerns, and fostering a positive work environment.QualificationsExperience in HR Management, HR Operations, and Human Resources (HR) skillsHands-on experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including job requirement gathering, sourcing, screening, interviewing, salary negotiation, offer rollout, and smooth onboarding with structured induction plans including exit formalitiesMaintain documentation and ensure compliancePrepare HR reports, support reviews, and drive internal, stakeholder communication.Proficient in handling Employee RelationsProficient in handling employee relations, grievance resolution, and workplace engagement initiatives aimed at promoting a positive and inclusive work environmentKnowledge of HR Policies and implementationExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesRelevant certification such as SHRM-CP or PHR is a plusEmail your CV to
