Lead Consultant

Job Summary We are looking for an experienced SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) Technical Consultant to design, develop, and support technical solutions within the SAP EWM landscape. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ABAP development, EWM architecture, RF framework, and integration with SAP ERP / S / 4HANA. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement custom enhancements, reports, interfaces, conversions, forms, and workflows (RICEF objects) in the SAP EWM system. Work closely with functional EWM consultants to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions. Develop and maintain custom EWM objects such as : Inbound / Outbound processes Warehouse tasks and orders Putaway, picking, packing, and shipping enhancements Work with RF (Radio Frequency) framework for mobile device integration and screen development. Perform EWM-ERP integration using IDocs, BAPIs, and Web Services. Optimize system performance and troubleshoot EWM technical issues. Support EWM upgrades, S / 4HANA migrations, and Fiori app extensions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide technical documentation and training. Required Technical Skills Strong programming skills in ABAP, ABAP Objects, and ABAP on HANA. Experience with EWM development objects (Packspecs, Handling Unit Management, Warehouse Monitor enhancements, Queues, etc.). Hands-on experience in RF Framework customization and development. Knowledge of EWM integration with MM, SD, and TM modules. Experience in enhancements using BADI, User Exits, and Enhancement Framework. Familiarity with SAP Fiori / UI5 for warehouse user interfaces (advantageous). Strong debugging and performance tuning skills. Understanding of SAP EWM process flows (Inbound, Outbound, Internal movements, Physical Inventory). Preferred Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. SAP certification in EWM or ABAP (preferred). Experience in S / 4HANA EWM Embedded environment. Exposure to CIF, BTP, and EWM integration with non-SAP systems is a plus.Role & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile
