About the Role :

We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to lead our HR services team, ensuring delivery of high-quality, consistent, and efficient HR support to colleagues and managers across the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the HR services team, guaranteeing timely and accurate delivery of HR services via the ticket desk including onboarding, offboarding, employee records, benefits administration, and HR systems support.
• Liaise effectively with other People functions (e.g., Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits) to ensure integrated HR service delivery.
• Provide insight to the wider team through regular reporting of data from the global ticketing system.
• Continuously evaluate and improve HR processes and systems to enhance efficiency, compliance, and user experience. Update standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all HR activities.
• Leverage HR technology to improve service delivery and data management.
• Champion a positive colleague experience by ensuring services are delivered with clarity and consistency.
• Ensure all HR practices comply with current employment legislation and internal policies.
• Oversee the management of the HR information system - Workday.
• Generate and analyze HR metrics and reports to support strategic decision-making.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of HR professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Conduct and / or support in internal and external HR audits globally, ensuring data readiness and compliance.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure data privacy protocols are strictly adhered to.
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., IT, Finance, Legal) to resolve cross-functional issues related to HR operations.
• Act as a point of escalation for complex employee queries or HR operational issues.
