About the Role :
We are seeking an experienced and tech-savvy Technical Project Manager to take ownership of the new product currently in the development phase.
This role will oversee the successful delivery of a software platform comprising five independent modules, each developed in different technology and 3 different vendors as its required different specialist technology know-how.
You will act as the central point of coordination connecting the dots between development teams, ensuring technical and functional specifications aligned and driving the project to Responsibilities :
- Project Ownership : Understand the complete scope of the product, including all five modules and their dependencies.
- Multi-Vendor Coordination : Liaise with developers and technical leads from each vendor to align deliverables, resolve dependencies, and maintain cohesive timelines.
- Technical Oversight : Review and understand technical specifications, system architectures, and integration points to ensure modules work seamlessly together.
- Planning & Execution : Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and status reports; monitor milestones and adjust schedules as required.
- Risk & Issue Management : Identify risks early, develop mitigation plans, and escalate issues as appropriate.
- Stakeholder Communication : Serve as the primary point of contact between internal leadership, vendors, and clients; facilitate regular project updates.
- Pre-Sales Support : Assist in solution presentations, prepare documentation for prospective clients, and translate technical capabilities into business value.
- Quality Assurance : Ensure deliverables meet agreed specifications, compliance standards, and performance expectations.
- Integration Readiness : Oversee testing and UAT phases to validate interoperability between all modules before & Qualifications :
- Proven experience in technical project management for complex solutions, ideally with multi-vendor or multi-module projects.
- Strong technical literacyability to read system designs, understand APIs, and grasp complex integration workflows.
- Demonstrated pre-sales or client-facing experience with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent organisational, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Experience with Agile / Scrum or hybrid project management methodologies.
- Familiarity with fintech, compliance, or identity verification platforms is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project).
