Submission Projects Director BSP

Minimum of 16+ years of relevant experience working in or with the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry, with a focus on project management.

Extensive experience in project management, particularly within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries. Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver results on time and within scope.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

High level of attention to detail and accuracy.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Familiarity with regulatory submission processes and requirements for safety documentation.

Demonstrated ability to work effectively within multi-disciplinary teams.

Strong problem-solving skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience in reporting on project progress and presenting updates to senior management and project teams.

Experience in forecasting and managing project resource needs.
