Role Summary

We are hiring a skilled .NET Developer cum Technical Lead with proven experience in ASP.NET Core Web API development. The ideal candidate will have end-to-end project exposure in designing scalable APIs, leading module development, and mentoring peers. This is a hands-on role that focuses on delivering high-quality code, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and adhering to modern software development practices.

Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and maintain ASP.NET Core Web APIs with performance and security in mind.

Lead the implementation of technical solutions and enforce best practices.

Translate business and technical requirements into scalable, maintainable code.

Review and guide junior team members in design, coding, and debugging.

Collaborate with Product, QA, UI / UX, and DevOps for smooth project execution.

Handle production issues with timely resolution and minimal impact.

Contribute to Agile sprints, estimations, and retrospectives.

Mandatory Technical Skills

Strong hands-on experience in

ASP.NET Core Web API

development

Proficient in

C#, .NET Core , and RESTful service design

Solid understanding of

microservices architecture

Experience with

MS SQL

and

Redis

for caching

Familiar with

Azure Functions , Event Hub, SignalR, RabbitMQ, or Kafka

Skilled in using

Postman ,

Swagger ,

SonarQube , and

DotNet Profiler

CI / CD exposure using

Azure DevOps

Familiarity with GitHub Copilot

is a plus

Preferred Technical Skills

Exposure to

Docker , Kubernetes (basic), and containerised deployments

Working knowledge of

JWT , Auth0, and Firebase Authentication

Understanding of

Domain-Driven Design (DDD)

or

Event-Driven Architecture (EDA)

Experience with automated testing tools such as

xUnit

or

NUnit

Soft Skills

Ability to lead technical modules and mentor junior developers

Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

Clear communication with stakeholders and team members

Attention to detail and ownership of deliverables
