Role Description

We’re looking for a Head of Growth (Founding Member) — a strategic, entrepreneurial leader who can help shape evvolv.ai’s next stage of expansion. You’ll own the growth narrative and drive our GTM engine across enterprise, government, and ecosystem partnerships .

You’ll work closely with the founder to :

  • Build growth strategies that position evvolv.ai as the go-to partner for AI-native transformation in India and globally.
  • Tap into your network of corporate leaders, government agencies, industry associations, and accelerators to open doors and forge partnerships.
  • Identify and convert opportunities with institutions like NITI Aayog, PHD Chamber of Commerce, Atal Innovation Mission , and AI innovation hubs.
  • Lead business development, content-driven outreach, and partnership programs that drive both awareness and revenue.

This is a full-time, remote role ideal for someone who’s both a storyteller and a dealmaker — someone who can translate thought leadership into meaningful partnerships and scalable growth. This is an equity-only role for now

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Growth Marketing, Business Development, or Strategic Partnerships
  • Strong network across enterprise, startup, and government ecosystems
  • Demonstrated success in building public-private collaborations , MoUs, or ecosystem programs
  • Track record of driving B2B growth — from lead generation to deal closure
  • Strategic thinker with exceptional communication and narrative-building skills
  • Analytical mindset with comfort in experimentation, data, and funnel optimization
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-autonomy startup environment
  • Familiarity with AI, digital transformation, or consulting domains is a strong plus
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
