We are seeking a highly experienced and driven professional to take on the role of State Head for our Affordable Housing Finance vertical. The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing business operations, driving sales strategy, and managing a high-performing team across the Mumbai region.
Key Lead and manage the sales and operations for the assigned state, focusing on affordable housing finance products
- Drive business growth through effective planning, target setting, and execution of sales strategies
- Build and maintain a robust distribution network of DSAs, connectors, and channel partners
- Ensure disbursement targets are met while maintaining portfolio quality
- Hire, train, and mentor zonal / territory-level sales managers and their respective teams
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to develop regional strategies
- Strengthen relationships with key stakeholders including builders, developers, and local authorities
- Ensure adherence to credit norms, compliance, and company policy across all branches
- Regularly track team productivity and performance to drive accountability and efficiency
Key Requirements :
Mandatory experience in the affordable housing finance sectorPrior experience managing ticket sizes between 5 lakhs to 50 lakhsStrong regional knowledge of Mumbai & PuneProven track record as a Territory Sales Head or State Head in housing financeExcellent leadership and team-handling capabilitiesDeep local network and understanding of customer behavior in the affordable housing segmentStrong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills(ref : iimjobs.com)
