🔹 Position : Project Coordinator Your Mission

As a Project Coordinator at Pophen, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth and successful project execution.

You’ll be the bridge connecting teams, vendors, and clients — making sure every milestone is achieved with precision, efficiency, and purpose.

Key Responsibilities

• 🗂️ Documentation Management : Maintain organized project documentation — contracts, proposals, reports, and invoices — ensuring accuracy and version control.
• 📅 Scheduling & Coordination : Plan meetings, prepare minutes, and align tasks across internal teams and external vendors.
• 📈 Progress Tracking : Monitor timelines, deliverables, and key milestones to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
• ⚙️ Resource Management : Support manpower, material, and equipment planning for optimal project performance.
• 💰 Financial Oversight : Assist in cost tracking, budgeting, and preparation of purchase orders, invoices, and financial reports.
• 💬 Communication Hub : Act as the central point of coordination between clients, consultants, and internal teams for seamless communication.
• 🚨 Risk & Issue Management : Identify potential bottlenecks early and collaborate with the Project Manager to resolve them proactively.
