Skills/Background :

- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and model evaluation.

- Practical experience in training, tuning, deploying, and monitoring ML models.

- Familiarity with TensorFlow, scikit-learn, XGBoost, etc.

- Proficiency in Python (must-have).

- Knowledge of MLOps tools

- Understanding of production deployment, model versioning, and responsible AI

- Mandatory Professional Machine Learning Engineer Certification from Google

- Less than 5 years of experience

- BE/Btech

Required Skills & Experience :

- 4-7 years of experience in AdTech, MarTech, preferably within consulting, agencies, or product/platform companies.

- Technical background with proficiency in SQL, Python (basic scripting), APIs, SDKs, open-source libraries relevant to marketing / ad tech and cloud data platforms (Google Cloud, AWS, Azure).

- Prior experience in solution design or architecture roles at digital agencies, consulting firms, or AdTech vendors

- Strong problem-solving acumen, comfortable with experimenting
