Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager – Oracle HCM Reporting
In this role, you will lead and manage the delivery of reporting and analytics solutions within Oracle Fusion HCM. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in OTBI, BI Publisher, and HCM Extracts with proven experience translating business needs into scalable reporting solutions. Preference will be given to candidates with a background in professional services and Oracle reporting certifications.
Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and maintain BI Publisher (BIP), OTBI, and HCM Extracts reports within Oracle Fusion HCM.
- Analyze delivered Oracle Fusion HCM data models and modify subject areas to meet reporting requirements.
- Create and maintain dashboards and visualizations to support strategic and operational decision-making.
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to gather reporting needs and translate them into optimized, scalable, and accurate reports.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all reports and dashboards.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for reporting issues in a timely manner.
- Offer training and support to end-users on Oracle HCM reporting tools and best practices.
- Stay updated with the latest Oracle HCM features and reporting capabilities.
- Mentor and lead a team of reporting analysts, guiding performance and skill development.
- Partner with business stakeholders to develop insights for HR leadership and governance forums.
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Relevant experience in Oracle Fusion HCM / HR modules.Proven experience in managing reporting and reporting administration in Oracle HCM.Proficiency in Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI), BI Publisher (BIP), and HCM Extracts.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with an eye for detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Experience working with global stakeholders in finance / professional services environments.Ability to manage a team and deliver high-quality results in a deadline-driven environment.Preferred Qualifications / Skills
Oracle HCM certification.Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.Familiarity with HR processes and data governance.Key Skills and Attributes :
