Job description

Role & responsibilities :

Financial

Excellent in accessing documentation & financials of Agri-Banking proposals. Close monitoring log in files from day beginning
Own portfolio analysis, escalate to higher authority & also responsible for taking precaution step if there is any critical observation in portfolio behavior
Maintain TAT as per the norms
Recommending proposal to higher authority with merits, demerits & risk involvement after personal visit, getting case sanctioned and disbursed within prescribed turn-around time
Preparation of CAM
Maintaining Delinquency level at minimal level.

Non-Financial

Excellent Financial Analytical Skills (financials & Ratios)

Evolve underwriting norms customized to the local market needs and update the U / W bulletins

Communicate with operation to resolve disbursal issue.

Work closely with the S & D team & support on offering innovative product offerings

Knowledge of legal and technical

Vendor Management, Collaboration among various department

Travelling for PD's as per requirement.

Compliance & Risk Responsibilities

Industry analyses, Knowledge of applicable laws-income Tax, Company Act etc.

Review and monitoring of Early warning accounts

Support in Internal and external Audit

PDD Management

Audit query Resolution

ESCROW Receivables management (Only for CF)

NOC Management, Subsequent Disbursement, Project Monitoring (Only for CF)

Maintaining confidentiality of information gathered from clients.

Maintains confidentiality of company's information - not to share with anybody out of office in any form (Verbal, written, mail or any other form)
