Key Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth functioning of our multiple property / center services, vendor management, client support, and facility operations.
- Oversee and ensure smooth maintenance activities including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general repair work.
- Ensure timely resolution of service requests and breakdowns raised by our clients or internal teams.
- Conduct routine facility checks to maintain a smooth operational record, safety, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with external vendors such as plumbers, carpenters, electricians, and technicians; monitor work quality and timelines.
- Manage ordering, stock levels, and procurement of maintenance materials and consumables.
- Handle and track frontend and backend service related tickets; assign, follow up, and ensure closure within SLAs.
- Support workspace modifications and customization requests within the internal departments.
- Maintain complete documentation including vendor logs, AMC schedules, service reports, and Excel-based maintenance trackers.
Skills and Qualifications :
3–6 years of experience in facility management, coworking operations, hospitality, or service roles.Strong understanding of coworking or facility operations and member service standards.Technical knowledge of building maintenance, plumbing, electricals, and basic civil work.Proficiency in MS Excel for reporting and tracker management.Strong vendor coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.High ownership, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Hands-on approach and comfort with on-ground operational workSkills Required
