Video Editor(Davinci Resolve) | (3+ Years Experience)

About the role

We’re looking for a  skilled and detail-oriented Video Editor  to join our team at hard.coded. You’ll be working on projects for a creative agency collaborating with premium Dutch brands to produce high-quality short-form content. Our main focus lies within the  luxury watch industry , but you’ll also work with clients in  hospitality ,  food production , and other lifestyle sectors.

What you’ll do

• Edit short-form videos (10–20 seconds) from Canon C-Log3 footage
• Apply color grading, sound design, and pacing that align with each client’s brand style
• Deliver 8–12 clips per client project with consistent quality and creativity
• Communicate daily progress and proactively refine your workflow
• Collaborate with the hard.coded and client to continuously elevate visual quality
