Position : Associate Fundraising

Location : Wanwadi, Pune

Type of Employment : Full-time, Contractual

Contract Duration : 12 months (renewable based on performance)

Joining : Immediate

Remuneration : ₹3.0 LPA – ₹4.2 LPA

Role Overview :

As a Fundraising Assistant , you will play a key role in supporting the organization’s fundraising efforts by assisting in proposal writing, donor engagement, and maintaining effective communication with partners. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about making a difference.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Support fundraising campaigns and donor engagement activities.
  • Assist in drafting proposals, presentations, and reports.
  • Maintain donor databases and track fundraising progress.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for information and project updates.
  • Research potential funding opportunities and partnerships.

Qualifications & Skills :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Development Studies, Social Work, or related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage data, prepare reports, and meet deadlines.
  • Basic knowledge of fundraising, donor relations, or non-profit work is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
