Content and Social Media Intern ( UGC+ Strategy + Execution )

What You Will Do

As Aarjav's Content Execution Intern, you&aposll be at the center of our content machine—helping us plan, produce, and promote creative work that actually stands out. Here&aposs what your day-to-day might include :

1. Creator Outreach & Collaboration

⦁ Identify and approach Instagram and YouTube creators for potential collaborations.

⦁ Craft smart, personal, non-spammy outreach messages.

⦁ Build and maintain a tracker of creator contacts, pitch status, and notes.

⦁ Follow up professionally to move collaborations forward.

⦁ Suggest new creators and niches we haven't tapped yet.

2. Content Production & Execution

⦁ Plan Aarjav's YouTube videos : help outline ideas, structure shoots, and manage logistics.

⦁ Prepare props, locations, equipment, and shot lists.

⦁ Assist with scripting and brainstorming angles that make our videos pop.

⦁ Be the on-call camera operator for Aarjav's reels, vlogs, and spontaneous content—ready to film anytime inspiration strikes.

⦁ Capture behind-the-scenes moments for social media.

3. Creative Ideation & Research

⦁ Deliver a weekly bank of 10–20 fresh content ideas tailored to our niche and style.

⦁ Research trending formats, hooks, and angles across YouTube, Instagram, and Shorts.

⦁ Create mood boards or reference decks to visualize new concepts.

⦁ Analyze what's working for other creators—and help us adapt those ideas creatively.

4. Trend & AI Scouting

⦁ Stay plugged into the latest AI tools and marketing trends.

⦁ Share weekly updates with actionable insights ("Here's what we can try this week!").

⦁ Experiment with free AI tools for idea generation, scripting, and production support.

⦁ Identify ways to make our content smarter, faster, or better using AI.

5. Performance Tracking & Optimization

⦁ Track the performance of our YouTube videos and Instagram reels.

⦁ Note what works best and share learnings to inform future shoots.

⦁ Screenshot, analyze, and report top-performing content from competitors.

⦁ Help plan A / B tests on hooks, thumbnails, titles, and captions to maximize engagement.

6. Additional Support & Ownership

⦁ Assist with uploading content with fully optimized titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails.

⦁ Help manage our content calendar to keep us consistent.

⦁ Be flexible with timings—some shoots might happen early morning or late at night.

⦁ Jump in wherever needed to keep the content engine running smoothly.
