Job Description
- Strategy & Design : Develop and implement competitive compensation and benefits strategies aligned with business objectives and market benchmarks.
- Benchmarking & Market Analysis : Conduct regular compensation benchmarking and market analysis to ensure competitiveness and internal equity.
- Policy & Governance : Own and update compensation policies, ensuring compliance with local regulations and internal governance standards.
- Performance & Rewards : Partner with HR and business leaders to drive performance-linked reward programs, incentive structures, and recognition frameworks.
- Benefits Management : Oversee employee benefits programs including insurance, wellness, retirement, and other perks; evaluate vendors and optimize offerings.
- Budgeting & Analytics : Manage C&B budgets, conduct cost-benefit analyses, and provide data-driven insights to leadership.
- Global Mobility & Expat Management : (If applicable) Handle compensation structures for international assignments and mobility cases.
- Team Leadership : Lead and mentor a small team, fostering a culture of ownership, agility, and continuous improvement.
The Successful Applicant
- 10-15 years of progressive experience in Compensation & Benefits, preferably in mid-to-large organizations.
- Experience in curating effective compensation and benefits strategy for distributed sales workforce, technology, and support functions.
- Proven expertise in compensation strategy design and benefits program management.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools to support decision-making.
- Proven ability to work hands-on while also influencing strategic decisions.
- Experience in financial services, consulting, or similar high-performance environments is a plus.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
