Location : Ghana, Accra
Role Involves :
To manage Company’s Software and Hardware infrastructure. The role requires hands-on experience in ERP implementation (preferably EBIZ Frame software ), system administration, and preparation of management information systems (MIS) reports.
The candidate will ensure seamless IT operations, data security, and provide technical support to enhance business efficiency.
Key Responsibilities :
- ERP Implementation & Support
- Lead and support implementation of ERP systems, with strong preference for EBIZ Frame .
- Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants for customization, integration, and upgrades.
- Provide user training and ongoing support for ERP modules.
- MIS & Reporting
- Design, generate, and analyze MIS reports to support business decision-making.
- Develop automated dashboards and ensure timely availability of data for management.
- System Administration
- Manage servers, databases, firewalls, and networks for smooth functioning.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data backup and recovery protocols.
- Maintain IT security policies, including antivirus, user access controls, and data protection measures.
- Hardware & Software Management
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT assets.
- Ensure proper licensing and updates of all software applications.
- Coordinate IT procurement and vendor management.
- User Support & Training
- Provide first-line technical support to staff for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Conduct training sessions for employees on ERP, software tools, and best practices.
Qualifications & Skills :
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.Proven experience in ERP implementation and support (EBIZ Frame preferred).Strong knowledge of system administration (Windows / Linux servers, databases, networking).Experience in MIS preparation, reporting tools, and business intelligence software .Familiarity with cybersecurity and IT compliance practices.Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines.Experience
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in IT operations, with exposure to ERP implementation.Hands-on knowledge of hardware / software installation, system administration, and MIS is essential.Skills Required :
Strong analytical skills with a business process understanding.Ability to work independently as well as in a team.Flexible and adaptable to organizational needs.Remuneration Structure :
