Role Description

This full-time position is for an Operator Grinding role, located on-site in Faridabad. The operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining grinding equipment, performing precision grinding tasks, and ensuring the quality of finished products. Responsibilities include strict adherence to safety guidelines, maintaining equipment performance, and collaborating with the production team to meet project deadlines efficiently and accurately.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in operating and maintaining grinding machinery and tools
• Knowledge of quality control standards, measurement tools, and materials used in blade manufacturing
• Understanding of safety procedures and equipment handling protocols in a manufacturing environment
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work with blueprints or product specifications
• Experience in a similar role or in the manufacturing industry is preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and follow instructions effectively
• Basic technical or vocational training in machinery or tool operations is advantageous
