Job descriptionLead the development team in best practices for coding, testing, and deployment. Mentor and guide developers on technical issues and architectural decisions. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications. Oversee the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and support. Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards. Review and approve code, designs, and documentation. Research and implement new technologies and tools to improve application performance and development efficiency. Optimize system architecture for performance, reliability, and maintainability. Ensure adherence to security and compliance standards. Work closely with other architects, business analysts, and project managers to align solutions with enterprise standards. Collaborate with DevOps teams to enhance CI / CD pipelines and deployment strategies. Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in software development with a focus on .NET technologies (.NET Core, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, etc.). Strong understanding of architectural patterns (Microservices, Event-driven, SOA, etc.). Proficient in front-end technologies like Angular, React, or Blazor. Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud). Knowledge of database systems (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB). Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong understanding of DevOps practices and CI / CD pipelines. Familiarity with security best practices in application development. Hands-on experience with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a collaborative and dynamic environment. Excellent leadership and team management capabilities.
