Job Description :

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Team Leader to spearhead our digital marketing efforts, driving revenue growth and optimizing campaign performance. The ideal candidate will lead a team of Account Executives (Sales Agents), ensuring the successful execution of digital marketing strategies across various channels, fostering a high-performance culture, and delivering outstanding results for our clients.

Duties :

  • End-to-End Team Leadership : Full ownership of the employee lifecycle, including hiring, coaching, mentorship, and performance management.
  • Operational Excellence : Proven ability to manage daily operations, drive team performance against SLAs, and optimize productivity.
  • Workforce & Retention Strategy : Experienced in managing attrition, leave, and fostering a high-retention, motivated team environment.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead & Mentor a high-performing team of Account Executives (B2B Sales agents), setting clear KPIs and fostering a collaborative culture to exceed revenue targets.
  • Drive Revenue Growth by guiding the team on strategic client reactivation, cross-selling, and upselling opportunities.
  • Optimize Sales Strategy by providing data-driven, consultative insights to clients to maximize campaign ROI and performance.
  • Enhance Operational Efficiency by streamlining workflows, implementing automation tools, and improving resource allocation.
  • Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration with sales, analytics, and creative teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment of client goals.
  • Qualifications :

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in sales, account management, and sales support, with a proven track record of achieving revenue targets and driving sustainable growth.
  • 3+ years of dedicated experience managing and developing high-performing B2B sales teams, with a strong preference for experience leading teams supporting US / EMEA markets.
  • Proven leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to motivate, inspire, and coach a team to exceed business objectives.
  • BA / BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
