Role Description
This is a paid internship role for a Customer Service Intern, located on-site in Noida. The intern will assist in addressing customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring customer satisfaction through timely support and engagement. Day-to-day tasks will include responding to queries, managing customer relationships, resolving issues efficiently, and working collaboratively with teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Customer Support and Customer Service
Demonstrated ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction and deliver excellent Customer Experience
Strong skills in handling Phone Etiquette and effective communication
Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Ability to work on-site in Noida and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a plus
