Ishan Technologies - Enterprise Architect - Network Services

Job Overview :

As the Enterprise Architect - Network Services, you will act as a trusted advisor to our customers, understanding their unique needs and demonstrating how our proposed network solutions can effectively address those needs.

You will work closely with regional sales, pre-sales, engineering, operations, and product teams to ensure seamless solution design and role requires a deep understanding of modern networking technologies, various industry segments, and the ability to design comprehensive solutions with a clear understanding of the business case.

Key Responsibilities :

• Deeply understand customer business challenges, drivers, and technical requirements through consultative discussions and workshops.
• Identify key pain points and opportunities for improvement in their network infrastructure.
• Create technology-enabled solutions for enterprise LAN & WAN environments, leveraging your expertise in wireless access points, switches, routers, SD-WAN, firewall technologies, and other relevant networking solutions.
• Design solutions that are scalable, secure, and cost-effective.
• Keep abreast of modern networking technologies and trends, including cloud networking, network automation, and security advancements.
• Act as a thought leader and advocate for innovative solutions that drive digital transformation for our customers.
• Develop a strong understanding of various industry segments (e.g., healthcare, finance, retail) and their corresponding technology use cases.
• Tailor solutions to meet the specific needs and regulatory requirements of each industry.
• Design comprehensive solutions with a clear understanding of the business case, including ROI, TCO, and other relevant metrics.
• Present compelling proposals that demonstrate the value of our solutions to customers.
• Work across various OEMs (e.g., Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet) and maintain strong relationships to ensure access to the best technologies and support.
• Collaborate effectively with sales, pre-sales, engineering, operations, and product teams to ensure seamless solution design, implementation, and ongoing support.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Actively participate in the sales process, providing technical expertise and support to sales teams.
• Develop and deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, and proposals.
• Continuously update your technical knowledge and skills through training, certifications, and industry Skills :
• Deep understanding of enterprise LAN & WAN networking technologies, including wireless access points, switches, routers, SD-WAN, firewall technologies, and network security.
• Proven ability to design and architect complex network solutions that meet customer business requirements.
• Strong understanding of various industry segments and their technology use cases.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, pre-sales, engineering, operations, and product teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues
