Now Hiring : Academic & Internal Facilitator

Location : Ridansh Centre of Design and Innovation (RCDI)

Type : Full-Time | On-site

Ridansh Centre of Design and Innovation (RCDI) is a leading educational institution dedicated to nurturing creativity, innovation, and design thinking among students through programs in Design & Technology. We are on a mission to shape the next generation of thinkers, creators, and problem-solvers.

We’re seeking a dynamic, organized, and proactive Academic & Internal Facilitator with a flair for social media marketing to ensure smooth day-to-day academic operations and help us tell our story to a wider audience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Academic & Institute Management

  • Oversee daily institute operations, including classes, schedules, and facility management.
  • Ensure administrative processes are smooth, efficient, and well-documented.
  • Coordinate with parents and students through WhatsApp, email, and phone communication.
  • Maintain accurate academic and financial records.

2. Inventory & Resource Management

  • Monitor and maintain stock levels of supplies, equipment, and course materials.
  • Handle vendor coordination and procurement to ensure timely availability of resources.
  • 3. Social Media & Marketing Coordination

  • Collaborate with the social media team to plan and execute campaigns across Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
  • Support in creating engaging posts, reels, and event updates.
  • Contribute ideas for improving RCDI’s online presence and outreach.
  • 4. Event & Workshop Coordination

  • Assist in planning and executing institutional events, seminars, and exhibitions.
  • Handle logistics, registrations, and on-site coordination to ensure seamless event delivery.
  • What We’re Looking For :

  • Tech-savvy & efficient : Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and basic design tools like Canva. Comfortable managing data, communication, and digital workflows.
  • Strong in English : Excellent written and spoken English — you can communicate clearly, professionally, and confidently with students, parents, and team members.
  • People-first approach : Exceptional interpersonal skills — approachable, patient, and able to build strong relationships across teams and with families.
  • Organized & detail-oriented : You love planning, tracking, and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
  • Creative communicator : You have an eye for design and enjoy contributing to social media content or marketing ideas.
  • Proactive problem-solver : You take initiative, adapt quickly, and find smart solutions instead of waiting for instructions.
  • Experience in academic coordination, administration, or event management is an added advantage.
