Job Titles : Compliance Executive (Company Contract Job)

Status of Employment : On Contract

Job Location : Kanjur Marg Mumbai

Qualification : Any Graduation. (PG in Labour Laws, DLL&LW, MLL& LW, MILS, LL.B., MBA, MPM, MMS, MSW, HRM etc. from Recognised Institute / university shall be added advantage)

Experience : Min. 8 Years

CTC : As per Industry norms

Job Description :

• Must have knowledge of compliance of Labour Laws i.e. CLRA, BOCW, PF, ESI, Factory Act, Payment of Wages Act, Minimum Wages Act, Maternity Benefit Act, Employee Compensation Act, Shop & Est. Act, Payment of Gratuity Act etc.
• Collecting, Preparing, Auditing and record keeping of Statutory documents
• Preparing MIS reports and PPT Presentations
• Visiting Sites for Compliance Audit
• Coordination with Site HR Teams & Sub-Contractors for Statutory compliance
• Liaison with Govt. Offices and Statutory bodies
• Resolving compliance related issues
• Excellent knowledge of computer
• Excellent Communication Skill in English, Hindi & Marathi
• Preparation of Checklists for each site based on the applicable Laws( Central / State),
• Meeting timelines of compliances
• Keep updated knowledge about the changes in Labor Laws
