Restoworks (www.https : / / www.restroworks.com / ) is looking for a Legal Associate to join our in-house legal team at our Delhi office. This role is ideal for someone with 3-5 years of experience who enjoys working on a diverse mix of contracts and compliance matters in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

What You'll Do

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of agreements, including SaaS contracts, commercial contracts, general contracts, and employment agreements;
• Provide legal support and advice to internal stakeholders on day-to-day business operations;
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including data privacy requirements across all jurisdictions Restroworks operates in;
• Develop and maintain contract templates, processes, and policies to drive efficiency;
• Identify potential legal risks and propose practical solutions.
